All visits at Wellshire benefit the community. Proceeds go to programs at the Mental Health Center of Denver that help Denver's seriously and persistently mentally ill population. MHCD is a non-profit corporation that is able to take one homeless person with mental illness off the street everyday. However, for every one person helped, two people are turned away. By simply receiving care at Wellshire, you contribute to funding that will allow more people with mental illness to have access to valuable services.
